Crazy Letters is a fun photo editing app that allows you to overlay letters that look like they are cut from magazines onto photos. Despite having a ransom letter feel to each of your pictures, this app is actually really fun to use. The UI is fairly simple and straightforward. You type something, it appears as cut up letters, if you don't like the current style just shake the phone to get new ones.
Once you have selected a style you want, you can pinch the letters to adjust their size and se your finger to drag them into place. Its pretty simple.
At $.99, this is a fun little app to have that can make your pictures just slightly more interesting.
